Shreeweb Solutions has two types of routing for reseller and users.



1) Global Routing.

2) Custom Routing.



1) Global Routing:- As the name itself says "Global", it means the reseller can set the routing globally to all the countries or just the selected one's depending on their target destinations.


How to set it ?

The reseller just need to login in admin, once he is logged-in, he just need to select tab of Manage SMS Routing -> Modify SMS Price in that page he will get all the countries along with their operators list.


For Example the snapshot is given below.



Note :- Reseller need to select the first option i.e. (No Change (removing route may cause) (Note: This will update the selected profile with routes & pricing selection & mails will be sent to each user & reseller who are with the same profile without any custom routing set for the particular Country & Operator) in order to set the rates for any particular country. Once the rate is set for that particular country, reseller will be able to see the country in "Blue" Color (as shown above )

Reseller can set the prices in their local currency for their end Users/customers.



2) Custom Routing :- In this routing the reseller can select particular user and modify it's sms routing. These will be custom rates given by the reseller to that particular user even though the rate is set 1.5 units in Global routing, if the reseller applies the custom routing to any user to be as 1units then the rate detection will be 1unit for that particular user.

How it is done?
The following is the snapshot for the Custom routing process.

Reseller need to login the Reseller Admin, once he is logged-in, he needs to select User Management -> Manage Users/Manage Sub-Resellers/Manage Resellers once the reseller has selected the option i.e. for Users,Sub-Resellers or Reseller, then he will be able to see the list of the selected options. he then need to click on the hyper link "Sms Routing". As below Image.



 
Note :- The Custom Routing process is same as that of the Global Routing.The reseller can select that particular country and it's operators to which he want to set the prices. Once updated, that particular country will be listed in Blue color.
