The message was rejected. The provider could have blocked phone numbers in this range. |
DELETED |
The message was deleted. |
EXPIRED |
The message Expired due to time out sending the messages |
FAILED |
The message are Failed |
ENQUEUE |
the message are waiting for the Delivery Acknowledgment |
ACCEPTED |
The SMS was accepted and will be send. |
UNKNOWN |
Unknown error occurred. |
The following is the Explanation of the above Error Code.
A) DELIVRD
Ans :- The messages with the Status DELIVRD are those message which are delivered to the Handset and the SMSC has acknowledgment it as Delivered.
B) UNDELIV
Ans :- The message with the Status as UNDELIV means the messages are not delivered to the Handset. The following are the reason.
(1) Absent Subscriber
This means it is a valid number however has no active subscriber at the operator
Valid number but the operator claim there is no such subscriber
Absent subscriber No paging response via MSC.
Absent subscriber. IMSI detached.
Absent subscriber. Roaming restriction.
Absent Subscriber: The message is undeliverable because the subscriber is temporarily absent
(2) Unknown Subscriber
This means it is a invalid number, as our API says: The IMSI is unknown in the HLR. The HLR responded to the SRI
for SM request with an error indicating the subscriber is unknown.
(3) Call barred
Operator barred the MSISDN number.
(4) Illegal subscriber
Either it is not a handset you are trying to terminate to or for some reason the msisdn cannot terminate SMS.
C) REJECTD
Ans :- Rejected Messages means the message are rejected by our SMSC.
(1) Equipment error
Handset memory capacity exceeded. Handset has run out of free memory to store new message.
(2) Throttling error
It can be issue of the message sent ratio of TPS(Throughput Per Seconds).
D) DELETED
Ans :- The Messages are Deleted due to the Following reasons.
(1) REJECTED DUE TO FLOODING
Send the message more then twice to the same number at the same second of time.
(2) REJECTED DUE TO SPAM FILTER
The message would be deleted for the Spam messages.
E) EXPIRED
Ans:- Every Smsc re-try to send messages for the Absent Subscriber or to the Switch off mobile number. The re-try
schema for every SMSC are different the max is of 3 days after that the SMS are stated to be as Expired.
(1) TIMED OUT WHEN SENDING SMS
The SMSC Try to send the message but not in reach or swicth off number.
F) FAILED
Ans :- The messages are failed due to the Unknown subscriber.
G) ENQUEUE
Ans :- If there is no Delivery of the Message from the operator end such message are marked to be as ENQUEUE. Once the message Status is sent the Messages are then set with that respected Status.
H) ACCEPTED
Ans :- Sms Sent No delivery report Received. The reason could be that the handset has not turn on the delivery report.
I) UNKNOWN
Ans:- This status refers that the SMSC has acknowledge the Status of the message to be as Unkown for this issue you cab raise a ticket in order to get back to your
